WT05 - Toledo’s CW “Zenobia Shrine Circus Ticket Giveaway” Contest
HERE'S HOW TO ENTER: Watch Two and a Half Men, Weeknights at 7:00pm from Monday, March 1st until Friday, March 19th on WT05. Look for the graphic at the bottom of your screen that tells you the secret circus phrase you need to enter. Log on to the contest page at WT05Toledo.com and enter that phrase in the appropriate blank as you completely fill out your entry. Final deadline to enter is Monday, March 22nd at 12:01am. Contest drawing and winner notification will take place on Mondays throughout the contest period.
ALTERNATE ENTRY METHOD:
Enter via snail mail by sending a letter or card containing the winning phrase to the following address:
WT05-Toledo's CW, 115 South Reynolds Road, Toledo, OH 43615. Attn.: Shrine Circus Contest.
WINNER SELECTION: Eighteen winners (six winners per week throughout the contest period) will be randomly selected from all valid entries to receive four tickets to the Zenobia Shrine Cirus Friday March 26th at 6:30pm. Only one person per address may win passes during the entire contest period.
PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: Six weekly winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries to receive four exchange coupons to the Zenobia Shrine Circus Friday March 28th at 6:30pm. Approximate retail value is $80. It will be the responsibility of the winner to pick up the coupons from WT05's office and exchange them for tickets at Seagate Center.
GENERAL RULES: Entrants must be age 18 or older. Open only to residents of Ohio and Michigan. No purchase necessary. Employees of CBS, The CW, WT05, Block Communications, WRK, participating venues, participating retailers, participating radio stations, participating TV stations, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Void where prohibited by law. Decisions of judges are final. Not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected entries or entries not received in time for the random drawing(s).
No substitution or transfer of prize permitted. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. All federal, state and local laws apply. Prizes consist of only the items specifically listed as part of the prize. Potential Grand Prize winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form within (3) days of attempted notification. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification. All travelers must execute a Release of Liability prior to ticketing and must possess required travel documents (e.g. valid photo I.D.) prior to departure.
If a minor wins the Grand Prize, prize will be awarded in the name of a parent or legal guardian who must accompany minor on trip. Departure and return times are subject to change. WT05 reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winners agree to hold sponsors, their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize.
Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Sponsors not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of prizes. Only one winner per household. Winners are only eligible for one grand prize per month. WT05 is not responsible for delivering prize if promoter cancels event.
